Hi Brennan:
Please see my client's message above, which is a much better and more detailed description of the
medical and other health, nutrition and other services that the nurses and professionals at the adult
day care will provide that bring it within the City's definition of a "Medical Clinic" as used for our
parking calculation. Thanks,
Bill

Daily blood pressure monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood pressure to track any changes
or concerns.
Medication compliance and management of side effects: Monitoring and assisting with
medication adherence while managing any side effects.
Epilepsy medication administration: Administering antiepileptic drugs and ensuring clients’
safety.
Daily assessment: Conducting ongoing assessments for any medical conditions that may be
affecting older adults, such as changes in cognition, mobility, or overall health.
Daily monitoring for any signs of anxiety or depression.
In addition to nursing care, our Program Assistants support clients with Activities of Daily Living
(ADLs), including:
Personal hygiene: Helping with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Meals: Assisting with eating and providing nutritional meals according to each client's dietary
needs.
Our in-house Social Ser vices team is also available to assist clients with various administrative tasks
and personal matters, such as:

bills.
Phone bills and housing issues: Offering support for managing phone bills, housing issues, and
other financial matters.
Appointments and outside ser vices: Assisting with scheduling and transportation for medical
appointments, as well as connecting clients to any outside services they may need.
Our Activity Director leads a wide range of programs designed to improve the overall well-being of
our clients. These include:
Moderate, age-appropriate physical activities: Such as yoga, breathing exercises, and other
exercises tailored to promote physical health, flexibility, and relaxation.
Cognitive and emotional activities: Engaging clients in activities that stimulate mental and
emotional well-being, including group discussions, games, and memory exercises.
We also have consulting dietitians and social workers available to address any care or social needs
our clients may have on a daily basis, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and well-being.
The program operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a structured
and supportive environment during these hours. Our comprehensive care model ensures that all
aspects of our clients' health—physical, emotional, and social—are thoughtfully managed by our
dedicated team of professionals.
Hope this helps
