Variance per Section 4.1.1 Dimensional Requirements to modify an existing non-conforming single-family
structure by constructing a staircase along the western side of the lot.The existing structure and lot are non-
conforming,with the existing structure being six (6) feet,nine (9)inches at its closest point from the front
setback where fifteen (15) feet is required.The proposed staircase will be three (3) feet,seven (7)inches at its
closest point from the front setback where fifteen (15) feet is required.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,March 19,2025, at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.sal mm.com by March 14,
2025 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
