Additional Services Paint:
For services that include window painting, your
choice of white or black paint is included. If you
prefer a different color, you can provide the paint to
us when we pick up the windows, or we can
purchase your preferred paint color for you. Paint is
$35/quart or $80/gallon and we will return any
remaining paint to you at the end of the project.
Hardware:
If you window has hardware such as locks and lifts,
please let us know if you would like us to clean,
replace, discard, or keep the hardware as is. We can
provide you with pricing and options for replacement
hardware.
Chain:
Rope is included in the price of your service. If you
would prefer window chain, the price of window
chain is $2.50/foot.
Glass:
New glass to replace broken panes is included in the
price of your service quote. If you would prefer that
we use antique or reproduction antique glass, the
price is $.022/sq. inch.

This quote is valid for the next 6 months. The price named in the quote is a good faith estimate based on an initial evaluation.
The actual cost may change once the windows have been evaluated in greater detail. The client will be informed as soon as
possible of any changes in cost. Changes requested by the client to quantities or scope of work may lead to additional charges
and changes to the project timeline.
We are committed to your satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our work. We will use our best efforts to perform our
obligations under this agreement. Often the fit of windows changes from season to season, we are always happy to tweak the
fit in the first year after work is completed at no additional charge.
We do not use chemical paint strippers, only heat, steam, and manual removal. We practice safe lead paint handling and
removal processes. Our team has completed the EPA RPP certification training and we have received our Certification to
Conduct Lead Based Paint Activities and Renovations.
