• New fencing will be painted in Benjamin Moore Hawthorne Yellow to match the
house and existing fencing.

not salvageable and must be replaced. If replacement is necessary, new elements must replicate
existing details, dimensions and materials. Should any changes to materials, design or outward
appearance be determined necessary, Applicant must submit a new application for review.
Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final
sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
