The occupant informed the inspector a handyman came to the dwelling unit and painted over the affected areas of the kitchen
cupboard and the skylight in the front common hallway. The inspector observed the new paint in these two areas. The occupant
was not sure if any work was performed on the property's roof.
The occupant informed the inspector she observed water on equipment stored in the kitchen cupboard in the days after the
handyman visited the dwelling unit.At the time of re-inspection, the inspector observed a light brown discoloration in the area
where the cupboard was repainted, which is indicative of water penetration.
