Salem, Ma.
The basement will be contained with 6 mil poly vapor barrier.
The basement presents mold .
Remove all the wood paneling and lower drywall in the main room and
dispose off site.
Remove lower drywall about 4 long in the two small unfinished rooms
and dispose off site.
The studs behind the paneling and drywall in those rooms will be hepa
vacuumed and treated and wiped with anti-microbial.
The ceilings, contents and the concrete walls will be hepa vacuumed
and treated and wiped with anti-microbial.
A hepa air scrubber will be in place to capture all mold particles .
The basement will be fogged with anti-microbial.
Total cost $3,475.00.
Rebuild the lower drywall, tape and mud one coat .
Total cost $3, 900.00.
