Dear Pegasus Auto Repair LLC,
Our office received a complaint regarding your business at 3111313 Bridge
Street. After investigating the exterior of the property on March 17*, 2025 it
was observed that the premises appear to be storing cars, recreational vehicles,
and construction vehicles across the street from 3111313 Bridge Street. This is a
violation of the City of Salem's Ordinance section 24-21, section 24-21.1, and
24-22. You are hereby directed to remove all vehicles in the aforementioned
areas.
This inspection is scheduled for:
Thursday April 3" 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Please contact the Building Department at 978-619-5662 within 5 days of receipt
of this letter
If you are aggrieved by this letter, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals
