RE: Zoning Violation
Dear Cama Salem Realty,
As of March 20, 2025, it has come to my attention that the property at 128
North Street is being used as a contractor's yard to store construction vehicles,
machines, and landscape equipment. This is a violation of the City of Salems
Zoning Ordinance Section 3.1.4.
On March 20, 2025 I spoke to the manager of Salem Liquors in person to inform
him of this violation. You have two weeks from the date of this letter to resolve
this issue to avoid municipal ticketing.
Contact the Building Department at(978) 619-5662 upon receipt of this notice. If
you are aggrieved by this letter, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals
