As of March 5, 2025 it has come to my attention that the property at 57-59
Charles Street is being used as a contractors yard to store moving trucks,
construction trucks, machines, and landscape equipment This is a violation of
the City of Salem's Zoning Ordinance Section 3.L4.
Please contact the building department within 5 days of receiving this notice to
avoid fines. Failure to comply will result in municipal violation tickets.
