RE: Noise Complaint
Dear Owner,
As of March 6, 2025, it has come to my attention that a noise complaint was
filed against Rockafellas restaurant for excessive noise while dumping garbage,
after working hours, into the disposal dumpster behind the building at 227
Essex Street. This is a violation of the City of Salem's City Ordinance section
22-2.
A verbal warning was given to the manager on staff prior to this letter date. To
avoid municipal ticketing,please adhere to the City of Salem's noise ordinance.
Please contact the Building Department at(978) 619-5662 upon receipt of this
notice. If you are aggrieved by this letter,your appeal is to the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
