RE: Sump-pump discharge
Dear Stephanie Parker,
As of March 10, 2025, it has come to my attention that proper action has not
taken place to address the sump pump water outlet that discharges ground
water on to the front lawn of 13 Bradley Road which runs off onto the street.
This is a violation of the City of Salem's City Ordinance section 46-162.
Proper action must take place within 15 days of receiving this notice to avoid
municipal ticketing.
Please contact the Building Department at(978) 619-5662 upon receipt of this
notice. If you are aggrieved by this letter, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
