The existing three on-site spaces dedicated to the former restaurant will serve the three new dwelling units. This conversion was previously approved by the Board in an amended decision dated October 19, 2015, but the rights granted were never exercised. The Applicant has made a diligent effort to lease the space to another restaurant tenant but has been unable to do so. There will be no changes to the exterior appearance of the building and no changes to the site, including landscaping and lighting.
