The inspector consulted with the Regional Housing Trainer, Stephen Casey, Jr., who consulted Department of Public Health (DPH)staff. The DPH staff informed him that this is an issue with efficiency, not about whether the heating system works, because the radiators are capable of getting the dwelling unit up to proper temperature despite it not working as quickly in one room compared to another. The inspector advises the property owner to have the heating system serviced so it works more efficiently.
