In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted of your
property located at 13 Brooks Street, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the Salem
Board of Health on February 18, 2025. At that time the following items were still outstanding:
Exterior
- The crack in the foundation remains.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this apartment.
All other violations noted in the inspection report of January 6, 2025 have been
corrected.
