Day Rate-2 Man Crew Account for 1 day for the following: 1 Day
-At left side staircase to house grind and fill crack with repair mortar,apply stucco over at
completion
-At left side brick walkway lift+/-11 linear feet x 2 feet against foundation and 4 linear feet x 2
feet at bottom step,install stone dust compacted to raise height to pitch water away from
foundation and to level walkway at stairs,reinstall brick and sweep stone dust between joints at
completion+/-30 square feet total(account for 30 new bricks)
Two man crew performing required work.Lump sum per diem.
Includes repair materials,consurnables,and disposal.
Specialty,or in quantity,materials or item disposal may increase cost.
Note:Due to the nature of scope quantification for this project,the time estimate is a function of
scope coverage.However,if noted work cannot be completed within specified time due to
additions or unforeseen circumstances estimated cost subject to increase with prior notification.
