Findings: - The Board found that the project will bring visual consistency among the commercial storefronts and, with the recommended condition to keep the residential entrance predominantly white, will result in an attractive and cohesive streetscape. The use of Inkwell for the commercial spaces will match the façade of the neighboring business and will successfully contrast the lighter color of the new sidewalks along Essex Street.
