Condon Cf E_1-ectri.ciem 44 Lafayette Street - Salem, MA 01970 RE: 159 Derby St., Salem Additional Electrical Meter Dear Mr. Condon: On July 15, 1981, at 9:00 a.m., the building at 159 Derby Street was inspected by this department. Remodeling work is being done under permit number 263 dated July 27, 1973 which has been ongoing and appears to be mostly cosmetic. After reviewing the Salem Zoning Ordinance as it relates to this building in a B-1 zone, it is acceptable to have a multi-family residence and neighborhood business (gift and antique shop) ; and therefore, it is permissable to have an additional electrical meter. Please call if you have any questions regarding this matter. Very truly yours, oseph M. Lubas Assistant Building Inspector JML:dmm A , 5`y1esS tS iC• — What is the turteM uss of the Building?
