Project Description
Replace rotted wood and install awnings over the windows. To avoid delay we agree to replace
existing rotted wood with a better quality wood (cedar). Paint will remain the same white color. We
will be replacing the front door with a double door exactly like O'Neils Pub and Restaurant. We want
to maintain the original white trim. Previous owner painted doorway gray and we want to change
back to white. The only signage will be on the awnings and will not exceed 25% of the awning are
that it is applied to,. The color of the awnings will be matching the exterior brick. As per the sketch

Conditions of Approval:
- Consistency with Approved Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the project may not be completed
as presented and conditioned herein, he/she/they shall return to the DRB to review proposed modifications prior to
making any changes in the field.

Main Entry Trim Paint: The applicant shall paint the wood trim around the new double-door entry way white to
match the trim on the rest of the façade.
Findings:

The DRB found that project is consistent with the design standards by using in-kind replacement materials painted
white, installation of appropriate exterior light fixtures, and retention of the historical façade elements.
The Board supports the removal of the single-entry door system on the primary façade with a double-door entry
system with surrounding side lites and wood trim in white.
