TECHNICIAN NOTES
Upon arrival met with property owner whom allowed me to gain access to unit, I was able to inspect and treat , within inspection I
found a few dead roaches within the dish washer which was reported by tenant as being the high activity area as well as under the
sink , the bottom cabinets and the main bathroom. I treated said areas as well as all surrounding areas including baseboards as well
as behind and under all appliances. I then proceeded to treat the bathroom where I believe the activity is the most active based on
reports , I focused on the recently cut out area around the plumbing behind the toilet and then following up around the perimeter and
interior of the bathroom walls and under the sink. Lastly I found one concern which was the abundant amount of trash to which was
properly bagged however could still act as an attraction due to the scent , I recommend properly disposing of as soon as possible.
After inspection no other issues or concerns found at this time of service. (see images)
