Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is to inform all relevant parties that Jeffrey Barosy, an inspector for Salem
Board of Health, conducted a housing inspection at 13 Brooks Street on Thursday
January 2, 2025 at 9:30am. At the time of writing, the inspector did not have the time to
write the official report detailing the violations found during this inspection because of
other work that needed to be addressed. An official report and order to correct will be
issued to the owner of the property and the occupant as soon as possible.
