At that time the following items were still outstanding: Exterior: The room that extends outside from the living room, where the dwelling unit's forced air heating system is placed, was locked at the time of re-inspection. The inspector visited the management office, and the staff present informed the inspector there was no work order to correct this issue in their system, meaning corrections have not been made. Living Room: The cover for the vent for the forced air heating system is still loose. Please correct the remaining violations in a timely manner. Failure to comply will result in this matter being brought to housing court. All other violations noted in the inspection report of November 14, 2024, have been corrected. At the time of inspection,the only mold growth observed by the inspector was on the header for the bathroom door leading into the hallway and in the toilet's tank. The inspector informed the occupant he is responsible for cleaning the mold off of these surfaces. The inspector did not observe any other signs of excess moisture and mold in the dwelling unit at the time of inspection.
