Mr. St. Pierre,
Based on site visits through 11/09/05, the Renaissance realty Condominium project, 131R

with applicable provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code &ADA.
Further, to the best of my knowledge and ability, site parking, life safety, egress stairs,
residential units and site water drainage are complete, and the building is ready for
issuance of its occupancy permit.
If you have any questions regarding this project, please call my office.
