Can you simplify the sign a bit? Consider removing the phone number, the website, and making the name of the business the main image on the sign. The address and the arrows are needed to direct people correctly, so I can see why that info is important. I can add this to the Board's agenda as-is; but I don't think the meeting will go well and the Board may send you away to make the changes that I am calling out now. This is your decision. I have enough information to put you on the agenda now if you want to move forward with the current sign. If you want to make any adjustments and refile the rendering, the deadline is this Friday, but I can give you some additional time if you stay in touch with me and keep in informed of your progress.
