Decision: At a regular meeting of the Design Review Board (DRB), upon a motion duly made and seconded,
it was unanimously voted to recommend approval of the sign proposal as designed and conditioned herein.

Condition of Approval
1. Consistency with Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the approved sign design may
not be completed as detailed in the plans referenced herein, he/she/they shall return to the DRB to
review proposed modifications prior to making any changes in the field.
Findings
1. The DRB reviewed the sign proposal and found that the proposed signage is consistent with the
standards and guidelines in the SRA Sign Manual and the City of Salem Sign Ordinance.
2. This is a modest proposal to update the existing sign. The new sign will be the same size, shape, and
hang from the existing bracket as the current sign.
