On October 11, 2024, the Building Inspectors did an inspection at the location of 38 Norman
Street. Upon arrival it was confirmed that a motor scooter rental business, T-shirt and hat
business had been set up with no permits. You were directed to cease and desist the rental of any
motor scooters and sales of the merchandise. This is a violation of Section 3.0 table of uses.
You are ordered to Cease and desist the rental of any motor scooters. If you continue
municipal violations and fines will be issued.
If you are aggrieved by this order your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
