At that time the following items were still outstanding: Stairway-Common: The smoke detectors on the second floor of the front and rear common stairways are still missing. The City of Salem's Fire Department has been notified of this violation. Bedroom 1: The top sash for the window diagonally across from the door still falls when the window is unlocked. Please contact the Salem Board of Health's office at 978-741-1800 to discuss what actions will be taken to correct the remaining violations in a timely manner.
