Dear Mr. Kobuszewski:
Our inspection on this date of the chimneys at the
referenced address indicates that the chimney on the back
right-hand corner is gone beyond repair and must be removed
down to the bottom of the hole in the side.
The chimney on the front left hand corner is badly
twisted and in need of pointing. There is some question in
my mind as to the advisability of also removing a portion
of this chimney to a similar height.
The remaining chimneys appear to have some soft bricks
and are badly in need of pointing.
