• Construct new basement hatch to replicate historic image (see attached) with the following conditions:
o Option to construct hatch with flat roof or arched to replicate original
o Tongue and groove siding to be used for exterior of hatch
o PVC material can be used for elements of hatch at grade with wood to be used above
o Roof to be metal
o Final details to be confirmed by contractor for review and approval by Commission
o All materials to be painted. Paint colors to be submitted for review at Commission meeting
