Applicant's Description of Work:We currently have a ground hatch opening into the basement on the Orange St
side of house. It allows a lot of water to enter the building. We researched and
found an old photo taken from Custom house stairs that depicts what type of
entryway was there before. We want to reconstruct the original "dog house"
style of entryway.
