following conditions:
o Sash to be black to match existing color;
o Existing window trim to be replaced with following details:
▪ New sills to match existing, and
▪ New flat casing and Brosco band molding to match details on adjoining house at 13 Lynn
Street with size to be coordinated in the field.
o Replacement windows to have half screens.
