I want to thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to come by and visit our office to share with me your concerns and about the future of this building at Derby Square. The afternoon meeting at the Chamber of Commerce was also helpful and enlightening. It was very interesting to hear what Michael Greenstein and Craig Wheeler had to say about the future of Salem as well as to bear their thoughts and concerns about the redevelopment of this building. I share the city's view of this building as an essential key to the reinvigoration of the Derby Square area. My partner, Frank DiMonda and I are committed to investing the necessary energy and all available resources to ensure that this goal becomes a reality. As promised, I am enclosing for your review and records an outline of repair work to the Higginson Block building. Attached also is an approximated schedule for the completion of those projects. Also, I thank you in advance for your response to the bank's concern regarding the ADA compliance issue. I have enclosed for your convenience the name and address of the bank's officer who is facilitating this transaction. Frank is a very nice man who has worked very diligently to get us to this point.
