• Replace windows with all wood Pella Reserve JeldWen windows with the following conditions:
o Existing 6/6 and 2/1 windows on façade and side elevations to be replaced with 2/1 windows with
SDL exterior applied muntins;
o Existing decorative light fixed windows on entry portico and side addition to be replaced to match
existing design;
o Windows in dormers to be 3/1 with SDL exterior applied muntins;
o Windows to be installed flush with outer sash stop. Applicant to notify Commission staff after
installation of one window for Commission approval of installation prior to installation of
remaining windows.
