Applicant's Description of Work:I will be purchasing the property at 27 Herbert street this month (May
2024) and moving myself and daughters into the home, as our primary
residence, in July 2024. We need to upgrade the electrical for the home to
accommodate for our family and installing an electric car charger in the
garage for my electric vehicle. It is my understanding that the electrician
(John Stararidis with Jolt Electric) will be upgrading the meter. The meter
will be placed in the same exterior location as the current meter. It is the
same socket that was just approved for 4 Broad Street, Salem. The meter
