We are pleased to submit the following proposal for your consideration.
RE: Repairs and reparation of rtm cupola.
1. Furnish and erM all necessary scuffolding.SCNfoldng will be in compliance with OSHA
standards.
3. Remove all ousting slate and flashing from around base of cupola.Apply Grace Tri-flex,
symbenc uadplasment W all mrtues.
3. Rel and flash base of sopda.Spaces will match exktmg in site and molar.Flashing will
be 20m.copper and will be soldered as needed Slate and copper fasteners will be capper.
0. Remove wires from cross and dome.Scrape and when brush all painted wdases W remove
all bole and peeling paint.
S. Apply one full moat of Mad Dog. Cursedness,stablllLing bonding primer to all "!Mad
surfaces.
6. Caulk and seal all cracks and opening using a by grade aay!Iatev sealer.Seal holes in
dome using Georel.
7. Apply two full mats of Sherwin Willia am,Duration, W.acMic latex It Rich to a110bad
surfaces. Colors to ma is existing.
g. Remove scaffolding,dean area and heul away all debris.

to bare copper.Solder all the holes mit, prime art gold leaf It using Maeach 33.5k,Italian Gold
leaf and mordth .
