Commercial School Building" , it is the intention of my client to lease this property for use as a residential school . It will be operated, as a division of the Kennedy Action Corps. , and will be known as "Wellington Hall, " as planned it will accommodate from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) children in residence. The school will be staffed by trained., special education teachers. The children will be divided into two classes according to previous school achievement and age, each .child, spending week-day mornings in class with a change of teachers at mid-morning. Individual tutoring will be offered on a rotating basis each afternoon. The ultimate goal of the educational program is to evaluate the child' s learning potential. The average stayy contemplated for each child will be approximately four to six (6) months .
