Your permit was issued with the stipulation that you would "build according to the following specifications:-" as outlined in your application. Upon inspection of this project, I discovered the building is not as shown on the plans for which said permit was issued. This is a violation of the Massachusetts State Building Code, Section 115.2, "Compliance With Permit." You are hereby notified to cease all work on this property and that the building shall not be occupied until conditions of the permit are satisfied. Further, be advised that permit #11 has been revoked.
