Non standard installaƟon.
Install a 4 Ton 5 Zone heat pump Condenser outside in same locaƟon of exisƟng condenser.
Unit will be mounted with crushed stone , pad and Stand.
Run system lines through crawlspace into original basement.
From this locaƟon we will be able to run units into home locaƟons listed below.
Will need to open wall in first floor bathroom to run lines to second and 3rd floor.
Lines run to 2nd floor office will be exposed in office. These lines as well as lines in first floor bathroom will need to be
cosmeƟcally covered aŌer installaƟon.
Ran engineering plan through with homeowner before installaƟon. Investment into pricing is already accounƟng for already
known difficulty involved.
If we run into any blockages and or unseen larger issues we will be able to conƟnue installaƟon but there could be addiƟonal
charges.

Connect line set and wiring to heat pump
Run lines in line hide
Pump down and fill with refrigerant
Electrician to make electrical connecƟons
Install integrated control for one of the units
