Street, 3`a Floor Salem, Massachusetts 01970 Re: Variances granted to property at 55 Dearborn Street Dear Ms. Cohen: I hereby request an extension of the above referenced variances which were granted by the Board in a Decision dated November 14, 2001, for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of that grant. The Board granted variances to the front and side yard setbacks to allow for the construction of a new front porch. However, additional time is necessary to put in place all of the necessary contracts for other work to be done at the property that does not requiring zoning relief. I would, therefore, respectfully request that this Board grant an extension as provided in General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 10, for an additional six (6) month period from the effective date of the variances granted for the property. Respectfully submitted, jS c oeph C. Correnti JCC:dl Enclosures.
