As an interested party, I would like to tell you that Norman Houle is attempting
to sell an illegal lot on Dearborn Lane.
The reason that it is illegal is that 'it is undersized and he also owns
the adjacent lot .
Before you issue a permit , please study this matter very carefully.

Pursuant to the authority of G.L. c.131 s.40, the Salem Conservation
Commission has considered your request for a determination
of applicability together with the plans submited with it and has made the following deter-
mination:
1. The area shown on the plans is not subject to the Act.
