This Department has made an inspection at 16-18 Winthrop Street in Salem Ma. You had
installed two Condensers on the side of your house facing 12 Winthrop St. You are in Violation
of Accessory setbacks. Accessory structures must be 5 feet from lot lines. You are required to
relocate the Condensers immediately. Failure to do so will result in Fines.
