Dear owner,
Our office conducted an inspection on Thursday January 25, 2024, with Health and Fire
Inspectors. During the inspection you were informed of the following violations and non-
compliance would result in municipal code violation tickets.
1) Three unregistered vehicles- violation of City Ordinance sec 24-21.
2) The front facade of the building with penetrations and falling building materials-
Violation of CMR 780 sec 102.8
3) Illegal unit on third floor- violation of Zoning Ordinance 3.1.
4) Illegal short-term rental- violation City Ordinance 15-3.
You were directed to immediately cease and desist the use of the short-term rental and the illegal
unit on the third floor along with removal or registration of all unregistered vehicles.
An inspection on Tuesday July 16, 2024, has confirmed non-compliance of all the above
violations. A municipal ticket is being issued today and will continue to be issued until
all the violations are corrected.
You are directed to contact this office upon receipt of this letter to discuss the matter.
If you are aggrieved by this order,your appeal will be to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Board
of Buildings, Regulations and Standards in Boston.
