Dear Mr. Kieran:
In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted of your
property located at 4 Cabot Street Unit 2, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the
Salem Board of Health on July 15, 2024. At that time the following items were still outstanding:
Item #3: The wall at the bottom of the front common stairway still shows signs of water
damage.
Item #4: Cardboard is still covering the steps in the front common stairway.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this apartment.
All other violations noted in the inspection report of May 10, 2024 have been corrected.
