My inspection confirmed what I was able to observe from the outside ,that the front foundation wall has settled over time and brick wall placed on top of the fieldstone foundation has rotated out of plumb towards the street. This has caused the sill to move outward. The result of this is the floor joists , that are notched into the sill, are beginning to separate from the sill and arc now unsupported on one end. I will note that none of this seems to lie very recent and has occurred over some time. You are directed to secure the services of a Licensed Engineer to design a repair. Plans and a permit will need to be in place before repairs can begin. If you have any questions, please contact me directly.
