• Install new AC condenser in rear yard (west) per attached image. Condenser to be screened behind
existing rear yard fence.
• Install new linesets on south elevation so as not to be visible from Kosciusko Street or Derby Street. Lineset
to run horizontally from condenser to south elevation where it will then run vertically. Lineset(s) to be
painted to match underlying house color.
