I was asked to look at the recent repair work performed on the stairs at 8 %2 Curtis Street.
The treads are a different thickness than the originals. This has caused the difference
between risers to be more than the 3116" of an inch allowed by code.
You are directed to correct this situation within 30 days upon receipt of this letter. If you
