Re: Demolition Delay Waiver Application for 30 Northey Street
In the online Application, there is a required document titled “Owner's Waiver of Appearance”
that is for a tenant to file. There is no tenant.
To be clear, I am the owner and primary resident of 30 Northey and I will be attending the
Historic Commission meeting to answer any questions about my request for a demolition
waiver for the garage that is to be converted to an ADU.
