Dear Mr. Tozaj
Our office received a complaint about brewing vats stored on a residential property.
An inspection was conducted on Thursday August 3, 2023 and was confirmed that
the vats have been stored on the property at 1 I Northey Street.
This is a violation of City of Salem Zoning Ordinance 3.1 allowed uses, which storage of such
items can not be stored on a residential property.
You are directed to remove these from the property within 7 days of receiving this notice.
Failure to comply will result in municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions.If you are
aggrieved by this order,your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals.
