Dear Owner,
Our office has received a complaint regarding your property located at the above address,
alleging Building violations Per Sec780 CMR 102.8. Our office confirmed these violations on
Thursday,January 18, 2024,by an exterior inspection.
Per Mass State Building Code 780 CMR Sec R 104.1 and under the provisions of 780
CMR, section 104.6-Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to this property must
be granted for purposes of this inspection.
This inspection is scheduled for Thursday January 25, 2024 at 1:00 by
Building,Health and Fire Inspectors.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter to discuss the matter.
Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance, and as such will result in violations
and fines.
If you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and Standards in
Boston.
