Our office confirmed these violations on Thursday,January 18, 2024,by an exterior inspection. Per Mass State Building Code 780 CMR Sec R 104.1 and under the provisions of 780 CMR, section 104.6-Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to this property must be granted for purposes of this inspection. This inspection is scheduled for Thursday January 25, 2024 at 1:00 by Building,Health and Fire Inspectors.
