Property At: 293 Jefferson Avenue
Violation Numbers: 560 (D): Refuse; Storage
( 560 (E): Refuse; Collection

Condition
B.O.H. Regulation #7
Complaint: At the front of the property there is a pile of garbage bags on the
sidewalk next to the property's garbage and recycling bins. Store garbage and rubbish
within receptacles. If there is more garbage than can fit inside the garbage bins, put
garbage inside the City issued overflow bags. Have the garbage and rubbish removed
from the property and disposed of in a sanitary manner. It is important to keep one's
property free of garbage and rubbish because they can attract and provide harborage
for rodents and insects which can become a public health nuisance. The owner is to
maintain this property in a clean and sanitary manner.
• A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this manner will
result in monetary citation being issue.
