A copy of her deed can be found in Book 8314 , Page 160 in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds. As I explained to you in my telephone conversation, she owns the property as a tenant in common with Amelia Iwanicki , with whom she is not on favorable terms. It would appear that Amelia has practiced some deceit on my client as when she received notices concerning the proposed destruction of the building, she did not inform my client, in spite of the fact that she had an agreement with my client. My client would repair and use the building if feasible. Accordingly, as you have advised me that you are going forward with getting bids and that this matter would require approximately three weeks before the City would tear it down. I instructed my client to obtain the necessary bids and we will attempt to place this matter on the agenda for the City Counsel at its next meeting provided my client has the appropriate information concerning the repairs necessary to the structure in order to avoid demolition. I thank you for your assistance in this matter and hope that the lines of communication would remain open,.and that you might advise me of your progress towards the proposed demolition. I William Munroe March 20, 1987 Page Two I have been advised by my client today that she has, at her expense, made the building secure and has obtained a quote to renovate. I will provide you with a copy of the proposal for your approval next week. y Yours' hris ucas CD/dkm cc : Nancy Jean Patrie-Iwanicki City Clerk, Josephine Fusco Neil J.
